"I don't normally do this but I stopped going to this Burger King years ago. For some reason I decided to try again tonight and I'm so glad I did! I ordered through door dash. Not only did it get to me with in 30 minutes, The food was fresh and hot and made absolutely correctly! I could not believe how wonderful it was. And I haven't said those words about fast food in a very long time lol. I got the candy bacon Whopper which was absolutely awesome. And I asked for half and half fries onion rings and they even gave me zesty sauce without me asking. I hope this crew knows how good they are because I'll definitely come back to this location and continue to recommend it to people. Thank you for the excellent service and the beyond excellent food!!!"

"Food was nice and hot and cooked fresh I could tell but to me my opinion was the cheesy tots I ordered tasted like the grease that they were fried in was old and dirty grease cause it sopped into the cheesy tots while cooking and left a nasty taste to them. Also my chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out and not hot and freshly cooked at all. Food wasn't worth the price I paid and I'm disappointed that the cheesy tots either aren't fresh or they're nice n hot but cooked in old grease which leaves a nasty taste in your mouth and on your food! Not worth the price you pay for the food if you're restaurant can't even change out their grease once in awhile."

"Wednesday January 03rd 2024, I ordered a double whopper plain, it came out incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious! I honestly ate a double bacon cheeseburger the night prior from Five Guys and this burger from Burger King was more filling and tasted as good if not better. Whoever the person was that was cooking, thank you! I’ve had countless experiences of terrible Customer Service and Food Quality from most Fast Food Restaurants however this was different, and I appreciate your Drive Through Employee as well, she was soft spoken and kind."

"Just came in ordered food. The oldest lady there took our order. She had our food in the bag the lady that works the drive thru came over and started fussing at the older lady for putting fries in our bag that. Said they are on a timer and can wait for fries. She literally took our fries out the bag and gave it to the drive thru! I was in shocked!!! First off that is DISGUSTING! She had no gloves on and is working the window! She had a nasty attitude to the older lady and basically told her not to have an attitude when she didn't. I told the older lady that was wrong for her to do that. Not the impression I want left on a establishment here in Jacksonville, Fl but we definitely will not be back."

"The two women that took our order and handed us our food were super-friendly and made sure everything was accurate. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasted pretty good, a rarity with fast-food these days. The positive experience I encountered with the two employees is enough to make me want to go back."
