"The Breakfast was supposedly 3 eggs, that was not 3 egg portion. The toast was cold, the eggs looked like they were them powdered eggs, the coffee was like a hour or two hours old, the only thing good was the grits. I was better off going to McDonald's for their big breakfast or going to Wawa's at least it would have tasted better. Nothing like paying for dumpster food. I don't eat pork because of religious reasons they didn't have a substitute for the sausage like either a hamburger patty or turkey patty. I guess some of these places don't care what they make and sell to you etc. Everyone have a Blessed day."

"Service was very slow, even with regional manager being there. After I waited 15 minutes for my food, she finally got up and went into the back and started yelling names and then employees started doing their jobs. Side note, I was the only person inside getting food. All the employees were sloppily dressed. The floors were sticky and just looked dirty. When my food was finally brought out, a pick 5 with 3 cheese Krystals, fries and a drink, then they wanted to apologize. Thankgoodness the Regional Manager had finally got up to see what was going on."

"Service should be a zero but that’s not an option. I ordered my food pull up to the window and Pay. Then the lady tells me to pull up a little bit because they’re waiting on a corn pup. I sat out there for 20 minutes waiting on a corn pup. What did they have to do make the damn hotdogbread deep fry it I mean seriously"

"Fast food for sure, prices have definitely increased but I was surprised that the new chicken sandwich was so big! The staff was friendly and helpful and pretty quick. Condiments are not so easy to get anymore and the atmosphere could have been cleaner and jazzed up some but served it's purpose- to eat! When you crave a Krystal, you gotta get a Krystal!"

"Pretty much all my burgers were like this … half cooked and there was something in my chili cheese fry …hopefully the cook starts making sure the burgers are well done"
