"Nice atmosphere and clean; but customer service was lacking by one. I wish I had gotten the other gentlemans name that was very professional, kind, concerned and went the extra mile to make up for our experience. We ordered the chicken and dumplings which we didn't like; which was okay bc it happens. Well the guy apologized and asked what else could he get for us. He told the lady at the register and she said they'll have to get back in line. I wanted to respond rudely as she did but chose not to. While waiting the young gentleman brought me my order of chili later the other part of order, burger and fries. Presentation looked great and food was perfect. I would give the service from the young man a 5. I have no problem returning again."

"My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant while we were looking for lunch before a show at the Perfoming Arts Center. The food was incredible. That was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. I had the “Air Thang” burger and my husband had the Black and Bleu. The service was just as amazing as the food. It’s counter service, but the lady who took our order was patient and friendly, and a gentleman came out from the kitchen when he saw how hard we were studying the menu to give up recommendations. I have a feeling he was either the manager or the owner. The restaurant is clean and vibrant with plenty of seating. We enjoyed everything down to the music that was playing. I would absolutely drive back to Jacksonville from Orlando just to enjoy Jumpin’ Jax again."

"Very tasty food.Med rare bacon bleu burger was cooked well, little heavy on the other toppings. Only a handful of fries for a side but the burger was so filling i didnt need much else. Had to ask about kida options because no kids menu on display. Kids food came out a few min after adult food."

"This was the "air thang"... I was a little speechless when I got this from doordash today:( a literal pinch of lettuce, no tomatoes, the onion was raw instead of grilled as stated, stale bun, wrong cheese, and overcooked meat patty. The fries were okay, just not seasoned or salted at all lol ... Hadn't had a burger this bad in a long time"

"Based on the numerical rating of this place, I expected a lot more than what I got. I should have actually read the reviews first. I rarely eat out alone, but decided to treat myself to lunch. It was not a treat. I ordered the Flippy Floppy fish sandwich and got a tiny piece of fish on a bun that was overloaded with breading that was clearly fried way too long. I expected moist, flaky cod, but most parts of it were dry and crunchy. Half of the sweet potato fries that are an upcharged side weren’t cooked long enough so they were still too firm for my liking. The taste was mediocre, definitely not in line with the rating. The portion size should definitely be a bit larger for $15. I’ll probably never visit again and would definitely NOT recommend."
