"I ordered from this location all of the time and usually I am fairly content...not tonight. I placed an online order for a large Works and a large 2-topping pizza...both were supposed to be pan style. Shortly after, I get a call from Door Dash...mind you, I ordered directly from the store. Anyway, she says they were missing and pizza and they would remake both. So aftwr an hour, she shows up. The seal is broken, the pizza is not hot, and I am not happy. Do better PJ!!!!"
"While I usually enjoy Papa Johns, this go round was a little meh. It was the end of the night, and from what I understand had been a game day. I ordered 3 things, and the order was correct, but the cheesesticks were made on possibly the wrong dough they were very thin and overcooked... like semi burnt crackers. That part was disappointing. I will note that this isn't my usual experience with this location or this chain. This is why it was so surprising. It was the end of the night by the time I got home it was way to late to notify the store."
