"Lovely decor. Great assortment of tequilas. Service was good. We had multiple servers that checked on us during our dinner. They noticed the bday balloons we had for our friend and brought out sopapillas and sang happy birthday without anyone at the table asking. The food was cooked well and presented nicely; however, it missed the mark in flavor. For me, everything from the table salsa to my entree lacked flavor. When I asked if there was a spicier salsa, I was told yes but was given a salsa Verde with no heat at all and seemed to be the same sauce as my chicken enchiladas. The chicken in the enchiladas lacked seasoning. The beans were runny which would have been fine if in a bowl but instead were on the plate and mixed with the sauces from the enchiladas. My cocktail was tasty but didn't give me the punch that I like. My friends stated they enjoyed their food but also stated they prefer less savory dishes. Fidel (I assume he was management) encouraged us to take pics and provide feedback. I have seen similar reviews vs lack of flavor and I hope this business amps it up a little."

"Amazing new addition to Riverside. The food, drinks, and service are wonderful. And the owner is adorable and makes sure you have everything you need. Portions sizes are large enough to share! Have been twice now and can easily say it’s my new favorite spot for authentic Mexican food."

"Absolutely phenomenal experience!!! We have been waiting in anticipation for this place to open, and it was worth the wait. The food is authentic and the atmosphere is great! Within 5 seconds of being seated, chips were put on our table with fantastic salsa. Overall the staff did a great job with the service and came over numerous times to ask if we needed anything. We got the fajitas, and when they came out on the hot stone, it was happiness with every bite. As someone who lives in riverside, it is great to have a fun and friendly restaurant like this that is walkable. We will be back very soon and we truly enjoyed our dinner."
