"This place looks, feels and smells way better on the inside that the outside. Not really Popeye's fault though. The neighborhood has always been commercial. You know, semi-trucks, high traffic and the city not keeping the surrounding tended to like other places. The food was great and I was the manager on his laptop stopping periodically to see that everything was running smoothly. I enjoyed the food. My pet peeve is the drink machines not having clean tips. They actually have clean drink tips here. They are kicking butt if you ask me."

"Placed an order through door dash only to have the dasher calling me as the store was out of wings. I am trying to feed a family and was refused a substitution for the 2orders of wings. Additionally I have to claim it through the app as items were missing to get my refund. Good job Popeyes we will not order again."

"This location is so run down. The roof is caving in. When I pulled up there were two female employees standing by the front door and when I left they were still standing in the same spot. There was one woman sitting in the back of the kitchen who also did not move the entire time I was waiting. The only person working in the store was the girl at the counter. When I walked in instead of greeting me she immediately said "We have no strips and no large cups." After I placed my order she asked one of the girls standing outside to help her drop some chicken which they did not. She then asked the one guy working in the kitchen to prepare two large sides for her which he did not so instead she gave me three small sides. (which do not equal a large by the way.) The biscuits were cold. The chicken was cold and they didn't have any spicy thighs so I had to get original. Also, the garlic parmesan wing sauce is basically just flavored mayonnaise. So just an absolutely horrible location that needs to be condemned."

"Every time I go there for lunch there closed they don't post any signs in the window to let you know that they are closed or they are always out of something it never fails that I have no fries or have drums you can only get breast and I don't like that and I am a big fan of Popeyes. This location just needs to close down and they need to put it up in a better spot or hire better people that will be glad to come and serve great customer service."

"Lobby isn’t open but no signs posted saying as much. They’d rather have you get out in the pouring rain and try pulling the doors like an idiot than give you fair warning. Mentality like that is hard to put up with. Popeyes has good food and I had a craving but this is unacceptable. Covid is no longer the threat it was 1-2 years ago. Why are there still closed lobbies and why is it so hard to put up simple signs like ‘Lobby Closed But Our Drive Thru is Open and Happy to Serve You’?!"
