"Did an online order tonight; the app said 15mins until we could pick it up. We got there in 20mins and our food along with a couple of other people who came in behind us was not even started. We had to wait another 15mins for them to make our order that should have been ready when we got there. The vibe of the place was very uncomfortable. Not the Moe’s I know. The manager on duty was rude to not just the customers but belittling the staff in front of everyone in the lobby. The staff seemed like they weren’t even trying to work with any kind of swiftness. People were getting upset because of lack of speediness. When we did get our food ingredients were missing off our order. Queso was not put on my nachos and my husband’s stack didn’t have Queso on it. We put in the instructions that we wanted it on our orders. So glad we got a cup of Queso we were going to use as dip. Very uncomfortable experience. Definitely will have to think twice before coming back. I love Moe’s but not tonight!"
"Lacking is the first thing that comes to mind. I like Moe's. The food is decent and the staff is nice enough. With that said we waited standing in line for more than 15 minutes waiting for the rest of our party to receive counter service. There were multiple people behind the counter and only 2 of them were making food. The one starting the food was juggling making food for patrons and online orders. It seems this was a very ineffective way to serve customers. Why would you not have one employee dedicated to making online orders? Just my 2 cents. Also every meal was over 11 dollars seems a little high for a step up from taco bell. 5 more dollars and I can eat at outback."
"Burrito was alright ingredients wise but not worth anywhere near $14 and change for a small/midsize burrito. If you haven't noticed the portions are smaller but they still wanna charge you 14 like it's a top notch burrito then you're not paying attention. Stop rewarding businesses that do this"
"This location hopefully not all has gone down. Dried meat, crunchy bits of rice, and smaller portions for double what it used to be. We won't be back for the money we can get better fresh cooked food and double the amount for what Moe's is charging by going Casa Maria on main street. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for better food."
"Came here today for dinner since Chili's was short staffed. We didn't get a greeting. That was the only thing. I ordered a chicken burrito with cilantro rice, lettuce, light tomato, light guac, and light sour cream. There were chips on the side. I also ordered lemonade to drink. My daughter had the kids quesadilla meal with chips and lemonade also. My friend ordered The Stack, which reminds me of the crunch wrap supreme from Taco Bell. Everything tasted really good. I tried the salsa bar and got the two mild salsas, El Guapo and Kaiser. I liked the Kaiser salsa the best. The chips they have are definitely better than Chipotle, Chili's, and Taco Bell. Not too salty or chewy. I'll be working near this location soon, so I'm excited to go back again."
