Wendy's

"Waited in the line at the drive thru over 25 minutes with only a few cars in front of us. They were extremely slow and the customer in front of us they messed up their order badly. Took at least 10 minutes of them going back and forth to finally get their order right. When we finally got to the window, checked and sure enough messed up our order too. You would think how ridiculously slow they were they would at least get the orders correct. Every other drive thru I have been in if they were going to take too long with an order, they would tell you to pull up front. Then bring it out to the them so not to have others wait. This place is the worst I seen in 15 years or longer. No way I would ever return to that dysfunctional place."

"I live in Georgia and when I come to this area of town I always stop at this Wendy’s to eat. The restaurant is always clean, friendly staff, great service and food, but the sweet tea is always on point. The hamburgers are hearty not skimpy like most fast food restaurants."

"Came in at 2pm and the lobby was pretty much closed. They were only letting people use the bathroom. No one was in the front and i was told i had to place my order online or go through drive through. Deff is an inconvience."

"Decided to try here again after what happened last time I came and I can say the service I received from the employees is better at accommodation deaf customers. I explained to one employee that I am deaf and asked her to write on paper, and she was about to give it to me to write down what being said and I explained that I need her to write down what being said so I can understand what she was saying and she looked at me confused as if she didn't understand me and before I had a chance to ask for her boss another employee or her boss walked by and heard what I asked and she took my order and write on paper do I can understand what being said. So I am happy that the service is better than last time I was here."

"I placed a mobile order for ASAP. Upon my arrival, kitchen staff was standing around doing literally nothing. I was watching the orders turn red on the monitor. When I asked about my order, they simply told me they would be prioritizing the drive through orders. Some customers had simply ordered drinks and were standing around for more than 30 minutes. In my humble opinion, if my order says asap, it should be made asap. Period. Further, the workers should be working. Consistently disappointed in this location in both the food and service. I consistently get incorrect orders or items are missing. Staff is consistently rude and unhelpful."
