"I haven’t had subway in a while so I was really excited when I received a some coupons in the mail and saw they now had pretzels and churros. I placed an order for pick up, and my hubby went to go pick up the food. (We don’t live far away and he left to go get it as soon as I paid for the order) I about broke my dang teeth taking a bite into pretzel, that thing was so stale and they didn’t give me any cheese for it. Was hopeful the churro would be better — NOPE! same thing. My sandwich was cold. Also ordered the 12 pack of cookies — those were the only fresh things in my entire order lol. Hubby also says the staff were standing around talking the entire time as well."

"Walked up to an unattended counter, waited 10 minutes. The Man and Lady proceeded to argue that me and my father was not waiting. Then proceed to disrespect talk about us to one another right in front of us as they made our meal. I asked if there was a number or something I could call and the man then proceeded to be rude directly to me. They would not give me their names or who I could call. At check out he dumped my change in my hand and smerked. (They are still talking about me and my father during this) The only reason I bought the meal was so that maybe I could get info off the reciept."

I'LL BE CONTACTING STORE OWNER AS WELL AND MANAGER TO MAKE SURE THESE TWO DONT TREAT NO ONE ELSE LIKE THÀT! $70 Order, Plus My Wasted Time & Gas!! THOSE TWO LIL BOYS NEED TO FIND A NEW JOB ON A CORNER, WHERE THEY WOULD SERVE BETTER WITH THEIR TIME AND THEY LIE SPEECHES!!!! YOU ARE ALL Better off going to the one by the BP on Commonwealth Ave they are CLEANER AND SERVICE IS 200 Times BETTER!!"

"Google needs to allow zero stars. I placed an order online. I get charged twice, but then my order gets canceled. I call no answer, I go to the store and it's set up for work but no one behind the counter. This store is ridiculous. They need better people working here or shut it down. I will reach out to whoever is in charge of this store."
