"The place is being remodeled and everything is thrown outside, I don't think it is appropriate and more so in a food facility. A worker treated us like garbage just because we spoke Spanish in front of her. I am an American Citizen just like her. The difference is that if I have values and principles I will never really go to that place again and I am seriously thinking about never going to a Subway again. Places to eat bread, there are plenty in the United States"

"So the girl working around 2 o'clock today was horrible. I mean just the worst I've ever experienced. it's like she hates people and hates her job. My food was thrown together like slop and she put like 200 olives on there when i just asked for olives. I'm not coming back to this one. I could barely even eat my food."

"I went here for my daughter a foot long ham and bacon it's called the pickle ball, on wheat bread I normally get alot of lettuce,spinach,tomatoes,pickles, a little mayo and mustard. But with the spinach, I like it cut up small, similar to the lettuce, and I like the tomatoes firm. I kept having to ask the young girl to cut the spinach up more than what she was doing to the point I was just like, "Don't worry about it. When I asked if she knew what firm tomatoes were, her response was I don't cut them. I'm just like, what? I don't know what that has to do with what I asked, but okay. Then you charged my extra for the bacon.."

"Today I taught my kids a lesson on good customer service and how a business should treat their customers... We went to my favorite Subway on Normandy Blvd and Lenox Ave ....we were treated with respect even Drake said he felt appreciated here. The bathrooms were available for customers and the ladies in there were great the boys got their sandwich with no problem and no accusations or prejudice evaluations. Thank you subway my boys left relieved, full and happy. After being treated so badly at Subway facility on Wilson and Lane it was great to show my kids what real customer service is like"

"OMG that was gross. I feel like I got sick just from eating there. Food was not even at temp. Day guys are good. Those boys last night SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE. Bread was stale I'm mad I completed my order. Oh and no tomatoes. You have to tell people for 2 hours no tomatoes it was only 7:45"
