"I drove up to the drive thru and was told they the drive-thru system was down and would have to go in to order if you wanted to. So I did. When I went in there, two customers were sitting at tables eating their food. I ordered my food a number 4 plain. Just meat and cheese. Right after me, two people came in, and they got their food. I was still waiting. Then 5 more people came in, then 3 of those people gor there food so I'm just like, "Hold on, I came in a while before all these people." I asked about my order. I ended up receiving it after everyone after we got their food. No apologies. About the wait, no nothing. Burgers were so small I'm like, what the hell."

"Placed a mobile order. The drive through took 50 minutes for 4 cars, and the employee at the order screen and first window confirmed he received my mobile order multiple times. After he had me wait at the first window for 10 min, he told me to pull to the second window. I pull to the second window, where the next worker said they didn't get my order and had no record of it... she told me I could try to place the order again. After waiting in the drive through for nearly hour, and having my order confirmed twice, it makes no sense that they suddenly had no record of it. I placed it and paid through the app just like normal. Absolute waste of time, and now I have to dispute the charge."

"The absolute worst. Customer service or the lack there of is concerning. The staff clearly doesn't like their jobs. Alexis, one of the staff is absolutely rude and needs a different profession. You can tell through their customer interactions. The food is inconsistent always. Cold food is their reputation. You literally have to request, "fresh food." Won't be coming back to this location."
