"Regular burger served piping hot and cooked as ordered. Side salad was simple but good with the burger. Waitress could have been more attentive to us waiting to pay her for our meal. She was good other ways."

"The food is great. I eat there at least once a week. They frequently appear busy and short staffed, although the waitresses are always competent and friendly. I get the impression that the national chain of owners should put more money back into the staff rather than spend it on new menu ideas and creations."

"Let me start off by saying that they were understaffed. There was only ONE server for the entire restaurant! Everything from our drinks to our food took FOREVER! I had ordered the country fried steak with gravy, and there was RAW MEAT in my white gravy!! I can understand the wait. I just wish they had mentioned it beforehand as I had my kids with me on a school night. My husband, who is diabetic, was served non diet soda. Thankfully, he noticed bc that could have been dangerous! Then, there was the raw meat! That is NOT forgivable!! I don't understand how that could have happened. It wasn't from my steak, bc that was cooked through, and i thought they add already cooked sausage to the gravy? Apparently not! I spoke with the manager and she compt my meal but I honestly feel more should have been done! I didn't notice the raw meat until I had eaten a portion of it, and it caused me to be sick all night! Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this restaurant!"
