"We were at Poke Bowl 1/5/24 @ 3-4pm. The woman taking our order was stoic. CS at that point was very poor. She needs to be more welcoming, smiling does not cost much. She was also great at ignoring me, just wanting a cup of water. Tried to call her attention x3. Very disappointing considering it's a new business in Fleming Island, FL."

"I have been a few times since it has opened and my experience has been great each time. Though it was obviously crazy busy when it opened, things have settled down now. And I think they’re open on Sundays now, which is awesome. The boba is so fresh tasting and fun. I got the shrimp tempura ramen both times I’ve ordered food and it was a 10/10 each time. SO. GOOD. Please go try it!!"
"Amazing Ramen I ordered the Beef ramen bowl & very good service, also a very cute, clean and organized restaurant !! Peach tea was also great ! Just wish i had a bigger spoon to eat the deliciousness faster !! & I have a gluten allergy so no noodles for me, bean sprouts instead and is so so good. Definately will be back ! Thank you"
"Day one is certainly chaotic, the staff was friendly and did their best to reassure and catch up on orders. We waited nearly an hour but the food was delicious and fresh! Boba is delicious and can be customized to your liking. We will definitely be back once everything settles!"
