"I love Hardees. As a family we try to make time once a week for breakfast together and this is my kids favorite place to eat. Plus!! To make it more amazing today we had breakfast and the biscuit was heart shaped!!"

"I’ve been ordering the same ultimate omelette combo from Hardee’s for 20 years. The biscuit I got today was skimpy cold you could tell it was sitting out for at least an hour. And it was $11 or so for the combo. If I’m paying that much give me a fresh biscuit and fill with the ingredients that make it the same ultimate omelette biscuit I’ve been ordering for years. It was sad just sad and that’s been the norm lately you can tell whoever is cooking doesn’t care"

"After receiving a burnt burger from the drive-thru, I went inside for another. The second was only burnt around the edges and luke warm. However, after the second bite, I could not eat another. It was way too salty. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes when I caked to soak wth a manger, shortly after I left. I called again nearly two hours later. The woman who claimed to be the manager refused to give me her name. And, when I told her what had happened, she told me, "Oh, they must have overseasoned the burgers." There was no apology. In fact, I eat tons that I had to bring the receipt and burger back. Well, they are going to get a 24-hour old burger back that I dug out of the trash. The receipt just wasn't enough. I won't ever order food here again. What a rude and disrespectful individual she was!"

"Second time this location. Awesome both times. Great for that all American fast food night fix. We got Frisco burger combo and mushroom Swiss burger combo, shake, and soda. (The cherry coke was really good) Everything fresh and hot. The shake was awesome. The fries were perfect, and the burgers were great. Totally full and satisfied. Came well packaged with napkins and ketchup. Class act for fast food. The breakfast is killer too. This location does a great job."

"Today, we got our food and sat at 7:20 PM and were told they are closing at 7:30PM when it clearly says that dine in closes at 9:00PM. Is this company scaring away customers or about to break?"
