Crafty Crab

"This is the most ghetto establishment I’ve been to in awhile. The waitress was rude and lazy never even bought my napkins or utensils. I had another experience at the bar thinking the experience would be different however it was not different at all. I believe the bar tender was gg and I mean the nastiest attitude u can receive I had to ask for a straw numerous of times she walked passed me and ignored me. I ordered my food she looked the other way and as I resume to ask her did she hear me she stated she did and my food still came out wrong. She was beyond rude I will never come there and I’m sure to let everyone know that if they see her at the bar to turn around because it’s absolutely no customer service in that building what so ever. It’s a stitch in that building that always smells spoiled never soap in the bathrooms or napkins."

"The food was good but the service we got was terrible. After waiting for 30 minutes for our food, and bring out our food the server came back and told my friend “we don’t have blue crabs so you want something else?” No apology, or empathy. When asking for a manager, the manager didn’t really care either. He offered to take $2-$3 off of my friends bill but that doesn’t suffice to the amount of time that he had to wait to get no food. After we agreed to stay the server never came back to check in or ask if we needed anything, I had to ask someone else for things for our table. When it came time to pay. She never came back to get my card, I went to the front to check out and stood in front of the manager for over 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me. I’m very big on tipping but this was a case where I was not willing to tip anything and they still included a tip for a party of 4."

"Place was nice,cozy,and laid back. Server was nice,although she didn't clear our table for trash. Food had nice flavor, but that Fifty-something dollar bag is slack. Small mussels and small clams. Should've been thrown in with no cost. Nice experience, but no hurry to return. Too expensive for not much seafood."

"Server was good, very kind. The long haired guy at the register did not care if we came back or not. He simply did not need to be in a customer hospitality position. Because of him we will not be returning to this restaurant. Considering they were not busy it would seem that each employee would be trying to create repeat customers especially hospitality employees"

"This is our first time in Jacksonville Flordia, and I can say that this is by far one of the best seafood restaurants we have gone to by far. Regardless of the other reviews, we had amazing customer service. Our waitress was very polite, upbeat, and was more then happy to help us with any questions. She even showed us how to eat some of the food. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and they had amazing music. I would most definitely recommend!"
