"Use to like KFC but this one is trash they never give you what you order an never have food ready everyone knows they don't cook to order but how do you never have chicken ready sides are cold an I order family sides an I got less than that that place could use a upgrade or needs to be shut down never going back"

"After growing up on KFC in the 60’s and enjoying it very much. The 103rd St. location has changed. Prices are outrageous compared to their competitors!! After spending 50+ dollars for four people picking up through the drive-thru I asked for condiment packets as I always previously did over the last 40+ years ketchup, ranch dressing. And then I asked what other kind of dipping sauces they had I was told at the drive-thru that any condiment was $.60 cents each?? Meaning at least another five dollars, of getting nothing and ripped off!! For over 40 years I’ve dine-in & came to the drive-thru and never been charged for Ketchup, barbecue sauce or ranch dressing especially after spending 50+ dollars. what’s going on we’re being nickeled and dime! The customer service was nothing special chicken was very greasy & the three sides ordered we’re only halfway full! The only thing that was exceptional was the mac & cheese, but again they’re only filled halfway when you’re paying full price! With new fried chicken company competitors coming to the city of Jacksonville, Florida, which I am a native of (which I’ll be professional as well, and will not mention their name on Atlantic Boulevard) I would hope that KFC fixes this problem because who wants to spend 50+ dollars & be nickel & dime for condiments and then only fill the sides half way and throw the gressy chicken food away because it’s yucky! I will reevaluate this exact KFC within the next few months, and if it’s better be glad to upgrade the store rating, but as of now, one-star only ⭐️is the best rating period!"

"Worst kfc I ever been to in my life. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and I’ve been watching my food just sit there while nobody makes the food. There wasn’t even anybody in the front. Than when they made the sand which. They made it wrong. Not to mention the chicken and the bun was cold. Whole staff should be fired."

"My food was fresh and hot, fries were hot and crispy and the staff was awesome. I went thru the drive thru. Right in front of the drive-thru window is a pole with hundreds of furry worms all over it!!! Freaking disgusting! The owner should definitely have it pressure washed, torn down, blow it up... something. No one wants to see that while about to eat."

"I have to say at the four trips there this was my best experience and I think they got everything straightened out there so everything is nice and fresh the restaurant is run very good by the management staff and everything's going great we definitely recommend this and was so happy that we can get our food there that's nice and fresh"
