"Staff was courteous and efficient. Drive-thru wait times where phenomenal. Food was hot and fresh. Tiffany with the voice of an Angel was a blessing."

"I went in just after 8 pm to get a chocolate hand made milkshake. There was only 3 employees the cook the drive thur window a lady there who was helping drive thur I stood there from 10 to 15 minutes not even being knowing I'm there. I had to make my present be known . She made my homemade shake. I Then went to get napkins and a straw. There was no napkins in the lobby. I had to ask for napkins and the lady gave me a dirty look. She was not professional. If I could I actually would give no stars I would."

"Polite staff clean store.could use a bit more training. When I was a kid I used to work at McDonald's and something we were told was to take the order of anybody standing at the front so the kitchen could get to work on getting the order. The young lady at the front tonight took an order filled it took an order and filled it but outside of that it was a good visit it was only two people ahead of me not that big of a deal."

"I love Arby's but they were real busy and short-staffed at the time I was there. Atmosphere was neither good nor bad, it was typical of a fast food establishment. The sandwiches were good as well as the fries. The fried Mac and Cheese was decent but not worth the price I paid. The apple pie barely had any filling in it but at least the crust was flaky and warm."

"So convenient for us, about a 3 minute walk from our home. We just dropped by for a medium size drink, that’s it. Clean store, it did however, smelled a bit weird upon entering. Don’t know what it could be. The cashier was new, they were training him as he took our very small and simple order. The staff were friendly. No complaints there. Drive-through available!"
