"The manager Brian today at 445 on Wed Jan 31 Extremely crude with multiple customers the making fun of and talking smack about costomers as they leave I had to watch this for 30 min waiting on my order 3 other costomers asked for corporate he refused to give it so I'ma here letting WENDY'S KNOW check your managers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"So the day is 12/22 @ 1:50pm. The manager on duty running drive thru was rude and took my order wrong.. snatch the bag and rolled his eyes. The young staff were cursing loudly and laughing.. will not come back ever and I live close to this one.. but if this is you best.. I refuse to see your worst!"

"The staff served me cold food after not addressing me for over 3 minutes on the mic when I pulled up. I only stayed because I had a very adamant toddler in the backseat who would lose it if we didn’t get Wendy’s lol. I asked for hot fries, they took the cold nasty ones back through the window after seeing me stick my hands in both boxes and put the fry that had been in my mouth in one of them, then gave me a bag of cold fries like I couldn’t simply touch those to see they were cold too. I ended up getting a refund. Horrible. Shut this location down asap!"

"I was in line and got to the speaker 8 minutes before they closed. The lady asked me to pull to the 2nd window so I did. She waited until 3 minutes after closing time to come to the window and told me they're closed. I reminded her that she's the one who didn't take my order at the speaker and told me to pull to the window. She said they wouldn't take orders after closing time. They obviously just didn't want to take my order and pulled me to the window until closing time. I was the only car in line."

"I had just moved my daughter and her friend to Tallahasee and I was starving so I decided to grab a bite to wait for them to get settled into the apartments next door. I walked in and the young man that took my order walked up and asked what I wanted. I smiled and said how are you today? He said again what do you want? I said I just said hello to you..nevermind. I told him what I wanted. He walked over and whispered something to the other employees and then another handed me my food. Then I noticed that the counter was sticky with what looked like soda over the entire top. It took me a while to find a clean table. I hear a young lady cursing on phone the whole time that I am there. When I opened my food I was shocked and almost lost my appetite. The restaurant was nasty and reflected the attitude of the people working there including the manager. I told my kids to never go in there."
