"I just ordered an order and my sandwiches didn't have the chicken, this is embarrassing!!!"

"Normally this would be my go to fast and quick restaurant for ordering. Today my order was horrible. I do want to also make note this order was through uber eats. The order was missing items and the order was over an hour late. I know the delivery time is based from uber however, the food was cold and it was not packaged correctly. This is very upsetting, and a concern to others that make orders and dont receive what they paid good money for. Please be better."

"I had asked for a caramel frappe and ordered it with extra caramel(which I payed extra for), usually when you ask for extra caramel they drizzle it around the cup, I used to work at mcdonalds so I know how things work. When they hand me my drink it did not have extra caramel, I told the boy at the window there was no extra caramel on it and he argued with me saying it was at the bottom of the cup(which was not even visible), I didn’t want to keep arguing with him at that point because it’s always the same story with this specific place. Not to mention the fact that when you go any hour after midnight they say “sorry system down” just because they don’t feel like taking your order. Would not ever recommend coming to this mcdonalds."

"This McDonald's did not give me my 10pc chicken nuggets. And, rather than someone at McDonald's asking the driver to text me for a replacement item, they packed the bag with the missing 10pc nuggets. The package was sealed so I know the driver did not tamper it. I need someone to provide me a replacement tomorrow when I go into the McDonald's store. Send this complaint to a manager because this happens too often. Thank you. Note: Doordash did not refund for the item either."

"Quick service went in ate breakfast for both my mother and I no hassle no problem quicker to order in walk in than slow moving drive thru. Handicap parking metro bus routes are available for ♿ and close proximity with routes 1 and 52."
