"The middle aged lady looked like she was so miserable and wouldn't even make eye contact with me while she was rolling bread. I ordered a veggie delite which is ONLY veggies and only gave me like 3 pieces of each vegetable and when I asked for olives she started counted them before putting them on my sandwich. When I asked for more she told me any extra veggies would be an additional 30 cents for each kind. She must really be unhappy in her life and is having a bad day but my veggie sandwich looked like bread with a few veggies on it. She also overtoasted my bread and it crumbled into nothing when I bit into it.You would think UM would regulate the vendors and training but I guess they don't care since students will always have no choice to purchase here."

"Worst customer service ever. Never going back again. Especially the first guy who asks which kind of bread. Has an attitude of a delinquent"

"It's typical for a Subway, and the prices are a little on the high side, but the service is quick and very friendly."

"Location is very convenient because is on campus. However, sandwiches here are more expensive than outside, and the staff prepares the sandwiches as if they didn't care. Staff will treat you fairly if you are polite, but that does not mean that they will make you a better sandwich."

"Horrible service. The woman who was taking my order was extremely rude and paid no attention to what I requested to have on my sandwich. The sandwich itself was practically falling apart and the dressing was seeping out of the bag because she poorly wrapped it. This is the third time I've had a bad experience here and I will not be returning."
