"Encompass is the best rehab facility I have ever been. The nursing staff is the best as well as the facilities. The food, physical therapy and care are unsurpassed. This was my 3rd stay and if I ever have to have a 4th, it will be here. I have told everyone I know and have the friends that visited have been impressed with the facilities. If there was a higher rating, I would gladly give it."

"I recently had a stay at Encompass. I was very nervous about having to go to rehab. I had been in and out of hospitals for 8 months so to have to go to a rehabilitation hospital made me nervous. As soon as I got there Leigh was the one who came out and brought me in from my car. She instantly made me feel great because she was so funny and making jokes to help me relax. I went in on a Friday so I didn’t see the physical therapist, occupational therapist and the speech therapist that I would be seeing the whole time I was there. But they were amazing when they did my evaluations. I wish I could remember there names but I am really bad with names. So on Monday I started my ot and pt with Laken and Jo Ann. They were both amazing. They worked me hard but it didn’t feel like I was working because we were laughing and talking the whole time. The whole entire 11 days I was there out of all the nurses, techs, therapists, housekeeping and dietary people I did NOT meet one person that wasn’t always smiling and super nice. I would recommend if anyone has to go to rehab for anything this is definitely the place to go. When I left I was doing better and am still doing my exercises I was doing there plus ones my home health pt and it have me doing. The whole place was amazing. My room was big and had everything you need to stay somewhere. I even was able to have my parents bring my dog up to visit me one day. It didn’t feel like I was in the hospital at all it felt like I had friends around me cracking jokes and making me laugh and everyone would also talk to me if I was having a bad day and they would make me laugh. They work you hard to help you build yourself back up fast so that when you do go home you feel ready and are able to do what you need to be doing in order to leave. They give you the estimate of how long you will be there shortly after you are there when they have their meetings and I was ready to go by them. I wish I could of stayed longer just to continue to talk to everyone and laugh like I always did. I am bad with names but Michelle was one of my nurses I remember who was amazing. She was always so happy and bubbly. I talk a lot so I know I probably drove the nurses crazy when they came in to do medications because they had others to get to but they always listened and never said anything. There are several nurses I had that were amazing but I can’t remember names. I am so bad at that. If you need to go into a rehab hospital I would definitely say to go here. Everything is so great and on top of all of the great people the place is amazing. It is a newer facility so it was very nice. I just loved everything about it and was sad to go home and leave everyone. But I am so glad I had this experience because it made me not afraid of hospitals after all I have been through. "It's a very nice facility. Temperature checks and signing in is required for visitors. The nursing staff are friendly and polite. Single occupancy rooms, nice decor in the halls and foyer entry area. It's far nicer than some of the other medical recovery pledges I've been to in the past. Nice campus location on the exterior, as well."
