IHOP

"Came in by myself so wait was relatively short as this was president day. Once I was sat at table assigned took about 10 min before waiter came. Waiter was nice already knew what I wanted. When my coffee came there was like a spill of coffee in the cup and the waiter was like it was more in the pot. I was confused as to why would you pour any coffee in the cup if not all the way. I thought maybe he gave me some one else cup. So what appeared to an eternity 40 min my food arrived. To be honest I don't know why I visit here because the pancakes always come hard and not fluffy. I have to venture far for a decent ihop so I really don't go much especially here, I take a chance here and there to see if any improvement, but nope. The waiter was nice, but service sucked not on him I suppose as he can only bring food when it's ready."

"This location is celebrating it's 1 year birthday. It is clean and well kept. The service was very good. The food was not. Eggs were undercooked and the cinnamon topping on the pancakes tasted scorched. Bacon was a mix of crispy and not. Hash browns were undercooked. Very inconsistent."

"The cook at your homestead 1st gave is old food from this morning. I heard her say since we want breakfast we can have what's cooked. The waitress the brought out our food and we promptly sent the eggs back we requested farm fresh and they gave us previously cooked with a slice of cheese on top. Also, who ever cut up the fruit had perfume on their hands. The bacon was ransid, and the sausage was hard and old. When I requested they remake them fresh, she told the waitress to call the police. No, let me fix it, no, let me change. Just call the police. At that point, I really wanted them to show up, but they in turn called the store manager, who then charged us for an entire shortstack and our drinks 1 coke and a coffee.....$15.00 later and here we are. The cook who told us her name was Jessica no last name just sucked her teeth turned on her heels and walked away. I beg them to call the police but no so here we are. Do not eat at this establishment and if you do make sure you request fresh food."

"Very nice place! New and the staff very friendly. Fast service and excellent and tasty food. Good portions. I ordered toast and chicken, not in the menu but you can do the combination ☺️ and my husband ask for the Colorado Omellette very yummy!!! And A+++ for the buttermilk pancakes"

"Delicious. Looks super clean. Prices were really nice and reasonable. Waitresses and managers were super kind and sweet. Alba was so kind and sweet. She didn’t overbear us and she made sure we had everything we needed. The building was a little small. If it was bigger they could hold more customers. There also needs to be more parking due to the amount of people. Other than that. Amazing and delicious."
