"We like it. It's one of the better IHOPs in the area. They do try to keep it clean. Service was quick on our visit but they do get busy. Food is average. Been here several times with family and friends for decent breakfast."

The food was a delightful surprise, especially the fluffy pancakes and perfectly-cooked eggs Benedict. The salad with sausage and egg was a unique and tasty combination that everyone at our table enjoyed. Despite being a party of five, our orders were brought out promptly without any mix-ups. "We like to kick off the new year with family tradition and for us it’s breakfast at IHOP. This location is a boutique storefront located in a large shopping plaza in west Pembroke Pines. We have been going there for years and it never disappoints. Though smaller than the rest, they are big on service and the food is always made-to-order marvelous! Our party of five ordered crepes, protein pancakes which our server informed were replaced for the harvest grain & nut (my fave), French toast, Belgian waffles and a spinach & mushroom omelette. Three of us ordered eggs and we were impressed how the cook got the difference between sunny side up and over easy right the first time! Believe it or not, many places miss it in their rush to get the orders out. That's just one of the reasons why we choose IHOP over other breakfast houses--they’re spot on and aim to please! There are several vegetarian and gluten-free offerings, ample parking, and wheelchair accessibility. Reservations are not necessary but highly recommended for parties of six or more. So, when you're in the area, no matter what time or meal of the day you're craving, consider this warm & cozy restaurant that offers a family-friendly ambiance, affordable options, great service and even greater food!"

"I placed an order for delivery, and all I have to say is this is what happens when people don't take pride in their work (see photo). Is that what you call a pancake?? I'm sure this would never happen when you dine in, but what businesses don't understand is you are judged a lot more on how you treat your deliveries. I' would never dine at iHop again. Stop thinking you don't have competitors and start taking pride in your work."

"For pancake lovers, we went to IHOP for breakfast and the food was very tasty, both the pancakes and the omelettes, the service is good, Katie was very nice and friendly, the food was served quickly, the coffee was rich and hot, In general, a good experience. As for the place, it seemed that it could be in better conditions, the waiting time was approximately 15 minutes and the average price of the meal was $13 per person, considering that we had a double jug of coffee, the portions are enough."
