"I have been ordering Pizza from this Jetts since they opened. And I noticed they started to go down hill a few months ago. The pizza was way over cooked. And I also noticed they send coupons in the mail for online orders and they do not work! Which actually is false advertisement. When I call about it the coupon not working they say there is nothing they can do. Which is a lie because they have honored coupons in the past in this situation. What a cheap way to make more money on Jetts part. And there Pizza now sucks! Not like the Jetts Detroit style I am use to I am from Detroit"

"I ordered a slice combo and ask for it to be a little crispy and this is what they gave me and all the said was sorry about that. While I was waiting all I heard was goofing off in the back,no wonder it was burnt! What a joke."

"My son and daughter-in-law went to Jets the previous night, and ordered a calzone with onion. After taking a few bites realized that there was very little to no cheese in it at all. It is all onions. She said it was the worst calzone that she has had anywhere. When we called and talked to Tommy one of the managers he was basically like sorry for your luck we will strive to do better next time. You should’ve called last night and we would’ve remade it for you with no offer to remake it ever! Bad bad customer service. He should’ve offered to make one next week if we want to come in and get it next week. We paid for some thing they couldn’t even eat. Below is a picture."

"Took 30 minutes longer than promised! Order was incomplete, missing sauces that were charged. At least it’s still warm. Called about the order twice and the manager was there but never got on the phone or offered to address the issue of the pizzas taking over 1.5 hours."
