"What in the hell is this? There was no option for half or full sandwich. This is supposed to be a chipotlr, chicken with eggs and avacado SANDWICH. This was 6.99."

"Ordered two You pick 2s. Sometimes when I order the sandwich (ham & cheese) I put it in as a Ham sandwich and add cheese & make a note to TOAST. This time I added a grilled cheese and added HAM and wrote please TOAST ham & cheese. Because believe it or not, so many people get it wrong. I hear the lady in the back say, why would they add “Toast” if it already comes toasted. Well guess what…. The sandwiches come out NOT fully toasted and the cheese is hard in between. Maybe you should have put more effort into toasting than mouthing off."

"I specifically asked the cashier if teriyaki chicken bowl can be split for a pick two. She told me yes. When I was paying I noticed that my bill for two items was almost $18. She then told me that I was getting a full serving of the chicken and broccoli because it could not be split!! What?? Didn’t I just ask you that?? Then, I get home to eat my meal and find, the chicken and broccoli to be basically half of a serving. I don’t know why I keep giving Panera an opportunity to prove me wrong. They have not been the same for many years now, and I will not be returning."

"We were here for a soccer tournament with a ton of parents and kids and this place was great. They can handle a LOT of people at once and the staff are very nice and have a great attitude. They also donate day old food to people in need which is amazing, given all the food that goes to waste these days. The food quality is very good. The bread bowls were fresh, soup was great. I got the Napa chicken sandwich and the cheddar broccoli tortilla soup, great combination! There is plenty of parking in the lot outside that is free. Lots of seating inside. Overall good place!"

"I haven’t been to Panera for a meal in a while. The food is still delicious and we both enjoyed our meals. FYI - the lady behind the prep counter was a bit crotchety when I mentioned that I requested a chocolate chip cookie and not an M&M cookie. lol"
