"Never a good experience in this Pollo Tropical, the manager Fish eyes is very rude. I enjoy eating beans as a soup, not mixed with rice. I ordered 2 tropichops with beans out side the plate/ on the side. They gave me beans mixed with rice, I asked them to redo the order and was told to buy a side of beans instead. I refused to pay extra, I am writting this review in hopes that corporate inservices / better train these folks. I spent over $26 Dollars here on 2 tropichops, plantains and very disappointed with their lock of customer service."

"Just ordered from the drive thru and ate in the parking lot. Minute I opened up my 2 piece with one side, I said the chicken is old. Very dry and just plain old . Didn’t even eat the leg. This is how it came to me."
