"We had high expectations, so we were disappointed that our dinner at Bleu Provence last week wasn't better. Our party of 8 was seated outside, which was fine except the tables were packed too close together. Service was pleasant but slow. We waited for a very long time for our entrees because one diner at our table chose to keep eating her salad slowly, and the waiter held all of our dinners. My mussels appetizer was delicious. Two people had halibut which was excellent! My duck was swimming in a sauce, not looking very attractive, and tasting just OK. The short ribs also looked and tasted mediocre. I did really enjoy my crème brulee. Perhaps it was an off night for Bleu Provence. At those prices, I would expect excellence from start to finish any night of the week!"
