"The night crew needs replacement they don’t know what is going on with orders and tickets they probably lost my ticket and have waited for half hour, he try to fool me that he let the order at the counter and someone else got it. He must be the night manager"

"They take too long for the food, don’t look who enters the place, homeless people enter and take drinks and no one sees them. Only one or 2 persons after 10pm to make the food. Waiting for at least 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches is unacceptable."

"I was informed they were cash only. Whoever manages this location regionally needs to look into the night crews sales. Etc, Good luck! Edit: this experience happened again. Cash only where I’m from means they are promoting things unrelated to the restaurant. Again I’d recommend management to reevaluate what’s going on in their store. Again and Again the worst service I’ve ever experienced."

"me and my friends come here a lot but the cleaning lady that walks around is so creepy. if you sit with the bottom half of your legs or your feet touch the seat then she i’ll openly tell you to move or “sit properly” so weird! she also constantly just wonders around never really working…"

"That was the most terrible fast food experience of my life, We ordered 3 drinks and 4 cookies and we waited 30 minutes after asking for our cups multiple times. This place needs new management or to just be shut down, the coffee and hot chocolate we got both tasted like water and the coffee looked like coke poured on caramel. Also, there was a car in the drive thru when we first walked in that was still in the same exact spot when we left, so he had been waiting even longer than us! Never coming back here."
