"Good food and atmosphere, but the SERVICE is absolutely terrible, most likely understaffed or mismanaged. Over an hour wait every time we’ve dined-in, except the one time we ordered pizza before the dinner rush. Tried ordering pizza several times for takeout…online ordering was down/not available and no one answered the phone to take our order around 3PM. We like spending our restaurant dollars locally in Ave Maria, but the lack of service drove us to enjoy many other excellent restaurants in the Naples area."

"We have been to The Pub several times and the last couple, which have been under the new ownership and chef, have not been pleasant. They do not appear to have enough staff as we are sat and wait 10 minutes or longer before we ask for a server. Once someone comes over they will take drink orders and then disappear. Once we are able to place an order you wait for long periods of time before it comes out. We have ordered pizza which has had crust like cardboard and little toppings. The chicken tenders were overcooked, dry and lacking any spice in the batter. The nachos were a joke. Chips with some groundbeef, cheese sauce from a can and salsa. There was no lettuce, sour cream or black olives which used to be included under the previous owners. We have given this place several tries and will no longer be a patron. It is unfortunate as we loved coming here when visiting our daughter."

"While visiting the Church and Mother Teresa Museum, we stopped by to have a drink and snack. The caprese salad, Bavarian pretzel and nachos with beef were very good. Just what we needed after visiting the sites in the town. Our waitress was very friendly. Great atmosphere. A good place for a meal or snack when visiting Ave Maria"

"The quality of the food is very dependent on what chef is in the kitchen for that night. The Serivce was great. I thought the atmopshere is not very aligning with their name, but fine."

"I was on a family trip, and we decided to stop by this restaurant to check out the place and the food. This restaurant is located in a small town with not many options to choose from. The food was ok, passable but not great. Typical pub food, and as it was busy, we had to wait for our food, some of us even wait longer than others. Service was friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. We ordered crispy calamari, salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches, a pizza, and steak. The salads, burgers, and sandwiches were good, and the French fries that came with the last two were really good. The crispy calamari came last after we almost finished all our food. The pizza was terrible though. It tasted more like sweet bread than actual pizza. Terrible! And the steak was dry and not good. Overall, the service was the only outstanding thing."
