"This is the second time I placed a curbside order for this location, I get there.. wait in the spot for 20+ minutes.. all for me to end up in the drive through, in which they tell me that they don’t see my already completed order (allegedly). The manager proceeded to tell me to “check my app” BUT there was nothing wrong with the app. I had an e-receipt.. even showed it to them & they refused to make my food or give me a refund. I went through all of that waiting, communicating my issue, and wasted my gas for absolutely nothing. If you want your food just go inside or wait in line."
