Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The employees at this place are quite disrespectful. I complained about the food at the place and they complained to my boss about my complaint. it had nothing to do with it. They serve very little food too and I think I never want to visit this undesirable place again. I've left it all there. But the truth is I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. I have visited other chipotles and it has been a wonderful experience. But this one specifically, I apologize for the word, they suck at customer service. A short older girl of Mexican origin, I think she is a disgusting person."

"Service is a little slow at this location possibly due to the large number of online orders most people going in were just picking up. My burrito was on par but the chips were lacking that signature chipotle flavor and weren't very good. Strangely there are coded locks on the bathrooms so i had to awkwardly cut in on the line at the register to ask for the code so I could take my 3 year old to the bathroom."

"I recently had a really had a bad experience here. I’m not typically the type of person to leave reviews, as I know everyone has bad days and sometimes can’t provide great customer service every time, but my experience tonight was awful. The whole dining area of this establishment was destroyed, trash and garbage were everywhere as well as the drink area being covered in sticky puddles and liquid. It was just kind of unappetizing and gross, to be frank. I still got food to go since the chipotle app and website seemed to be down for the night. I was then met with multiple employees that were fairly rude to me and my partner when we asked them to build our bowls. They had almost nothing we asked for (carne asada, guac, white rice, sour cream, queso, or honey vinaigrette to be exact), as well as getting impatient when I asked if I would be able to still get my points for the purchase. I totally understand it was an hour before close so some stuff may be out, but the lack of wanting to listen to me when I had some questions is just kind of rude. Once I actually got home with my order for my family, I start eating and mix my bowl around just to find a black hair in my food. I have neon yellow hair, so obviously it is not one of mine. My experience was honestly just awful after my long day, so I just really wouldn’t suggest this chipotle at all. I have been here a multitude of times, but this experience just doesn’t make me feel like I can justify a trip here again."

"I just sat in line and tried ordering steak that was sitting behind the lady preparing the food and was told it was not cut yet. My boyfriend behind me went to order, and they started cutting the steak I requested. The lady hadn’t said they could cut it for me or that it would be a minute. She said it was not available. And then said if I wanted steak, I would have to pay $5 extra. 1:30, both the lady preparing food and the person working the cash register"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The line was past the door and never got shorter. There were only 2 employees actually making food and cashing out, while other employees were occupied cleaning very leisurely to shut down their stations early before actual closing time, as if the place wasn't packed. At times 3 people were waiting to cash out with completed orders sitting there getting cold, while the employees cleaning looked over but just turned back away and brushed it off. The line was an absolute MESS. the lettuce was all brown, the cook had stopped making food over an hour before close, at least 8 people were waiting on mobile orders for 20 minutes plus. They had to remake a order and the girl on the line put the ticket in the tortilla bag. This is my 4th time eating here in about 6 weeks time and every time has been the same story. This place needs to Crack down on training their managers and employees because nothing about this experience was acceptable."
