Sonic Drive-In

"Very gloomy restaurant because of the location. Stopped there around 9:00 p.m. last night. Ordered our food and sat for 30 minutes waiting for it to come out. When it came out, it was cold. The lady on the speaker was extremely rude. Claimed that they were backed up and real busy but there was only two cars in the whole place minus the employees cars. She stated there was only two people working in the whole restaurant. I ordered 4 things off the menu and only received 3. I didn't bother asking for my other item because of how rude the employee was and because the food was extremely nasty anyways. I will never go to this location again in my lifetime."

"This review should be for the Sonic drive by. I enjoyed eating at Sonic early this century. The quality of the food has declined, but at least the prices have gone up. I doubt that I will voluntarily eat at Sonic again, but I would not hesitate to do so if someone else were to pick up the tab."

"Absolutely terrible all around. Food is always wrong, but the biggest issue is that the employees are extremely rude to every customer. I overheard the conversation of the person next to me with the employee responding with “Like seven people just ordered at the same time it’s gonna be a while, there’s only two of us.” Then proceeded to say “the grill has been shut off because we close in like 20 minutes” when it was over 30 minutes before closing. If you can’t stay open until midnight, then change your hours or add more adequate staffing. I am never one to leave negative reviews; however, there is no excuse to treat any customer as if they are an inconvenience for asking a simple request for you to do your job that you signed up for."

"Absolutely terrible order experience. The Quarter Pound Double cheeseburger came with 1 patty and no toppings. The crispy Chicken Sandwich also came dry with no toppings. Never ordering from them again. Would give 0 stars."

"Pretty frustrating experience with app shutting down with an error, website not working properly, and black/blank screen when trying to order. ~20 min wait for 3 kids meals when not busy. Nice attendant said just 1 cook in kitchen. If kids weren't set on it I would have left. If that wasn't enough, the grounds and restroom were the worst I have ever seen. Comparable to a run down gas station in a bad neighborhood. For what it's worth, kids thought the food was good. I will not come again."
