"Ordered through the drive through. Terrible attitude from the associate. Ordered 2 medium drinks and had large ones ready. She seemed quite upset when I corrected my order. I also ordered two different drinks and was served the same drink for both and because one was a Dr Pepper and the other one Coke I couldn’t tell the difference. I had to throw away the drinks and the seven dollars I paid for them. Aside from the money. Just the attitude from the associate I will never be back in Arby’s."

"I'm rarely blown away by the professional attitude of a fast food employee but the dark skinned gentlemen working tonight was fast, professional, courteous, and he repeated everything back to make sure we were on the same page. Wow! Not only that but the food was perfect. This was what I wanted for a fast food place in every way. I'll be back!"
