Bubbakoo's Burritos

"We've been wanting to visit this establishment and we finally made it. The crew working this afternoon on 02/20/2024 were fantastic. They answered our questions and were very friendly and courteous. We asked about their favorites and we ordered what they suggested. The food was delicious, we ate there and the place was very nice and clean. Our choices were the Papi Hibachi in a Taco Bowl and the Silly Philly Burrito with a couple of Pure Leaf sweet teas, which are my favorite. Also the guacamole on the side 4oz which was very enjoyable. We will have to return again to try other items on the menu."

"I was a little confused on the ordering process. I thought you could add whatever to the quesadilla but they just put the meat and cheese and that was it. When I asked about putting stuff on there they said “oh you want to load it up? We can give you double pico & sour on the side.” I just assumed I could add beans and such things like you would do to a burrito. So then when I ordered the loaded fries I figured it came as a preset “loaded” like how it was pictured online. Then they asked me what I wanted on it. Apparently its customize-able. I felt kinda dumb ordering not going to lie. Lol. My boyfriend also said there was not enough meat on his steak and shrimp burrito for it being almost $15. Besides that, the flavor was great."

"My husband and I stopped in for the first time this afternoon. The food is honestly great. Prices and portions are reasonable. The service was horrible. All of the girls working behind the counter couldn’t have been less friendly. There were at least 4 of them and all continued to keep their backs to us while they talked and did other things. No hello or have a good day or even a smile. Several were trying to continue a conversation they knew wasn’t appropriate behind the counter. Being our first time and that this is a new business you’d expect them to ask if we wanted to add anything else or explain combos. We had to drag everything out of any one who was working. Just a bad experience but like I said the food is good."

"Came in here for the first time with my mom this Wednesday afternoon, was a little busy but some of the workers seemed a little discombobulated. My mom has a severe allergy to MSG and the supervisor on the floor couldn’t give any answer if any ingredients had MSG and did not really seem to really care. Did not take a allergen seriously and seemed a little annoyed about the question. Although, the food was quite delicious and very good quality for being quick service. Will come again, just need to educate staff on allergen safety and importance."
