"This is the 3rd or maybe 4th time I have visited this location and had to wait over 1/2 hr for my food. Last time I walked out the time before that I waited 1 hr to be seated and and additional hr to get my food. It is as shame they take care of the take out orders first. The only good thing about this place is their sever and cashier. Very pleasant and patient. Food has gone done hill as well. And before you make a smart remark. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and I am a cape coral resident."

"Angie our door dash driver signed for the food never delivered it trying to get your money back is insane. I called the burger den to see why they cancelled my order after over 1 hour. That’s when I was told door dash stole my order I received a call from door dash that night confirming that I did not get my order and said I would get a refund within 3 days. Still no refund. Avoid ordering on the burger den app. Now 2 weeks later I get the run around. Door dash can’t find my order and needs my order number; which I never had!!"
