"I usually love the location, never have had any problems. Until today, this women named Patricia decided to yell at my child for having a drink inside the playground. Apart from me and especially my six year old child not knowing no foods and drink were permitted. She not only screamed at my self and my kid, but formed a huge scene involving other parents. Although the supervisor was called and gave my child a free cookie after he started crying from the fuss. No one, especially a stranger should EVER scream at a child the way this women did. I hope arrangements are made, and no one ever has to deal with such a bad and poor experience. Especially where children are suppose to feel and happy."

"Hey I just wanted to give a shout out to Theresa on your staff! She is always happy to help and clean and take care of the dining room and everyone who sits in it. I usually come in every week with my kids and we always get to say hi to her and she is always super helpful when she sees my hands are full with my small children. She makes my experience A+ every single time we visit all year now! I have not had this kind of consistency in any restaurant EVER. And to add to that the whole staff is always helpful and on point. You can see it is a great work environment and for that I thank the owners and managers for their continued efforts. Thank you all for giving me a safe place to bring my kids and a happy place for me to be as well. "Love Chick-fil-A especially this location, they’re always on point and super fast. But the shrinkflation thing is getting crazy. My spicy chicken biscuit barely covers half of the biscuit, I mean come on what they do cut the pieces in 2 now and make 2 out of one piece"
