"Best food in the area! We have been getting take out and had to come in to try out the hibachi. We normally drive to Sarasota for hibachi so we were reluctant to find somewhere closer. I have no complaints about anything. I can’t believe we have this little gem so close to home!"

"Sushi was amazing. Dumplings were so good (we pork and got then them fried) The Japanese noodle dishes were very good besides the chicken. My partner got beef and it was cooked well. I got the chicken and it was a little try and tasted a little weird. Everything else was great."

"New restaurant in Port Charlotte. Shushimi and Sushi were excellent. Not busy. No wait. No veteran discount. Nice decorations, but not real fancy. A bit pricey but great food. Give them a try."

"Great Chinese food! My sister went out to eat with a friend and she got the filet mignon and chicken hibachi and she thought it was great! She brought home sesame chicken, chicken fried rice, beef lo mein, egg rolls, and dumplings home for my mother and me and we loved it! We had a taste for Chinese food and this hit the spot. My sister said it was really nice and clean inside and I look forward to dining in next time! Support your local restaurants!"

"Great food. Small little restaurant tucked in the back of the plaza. The food was great. We tried hot saki for the first time, different but good. I recommend you try it. The rice is very tasty, and they have a great selection of options. No chicken wings or fries, not that kind of place."
