"I ordered a cup of ice water, smallest size. I’ve never had to pay for a cup of water!! I get if it’s a bigger cup but the smallest size?? Any restaurant you go to you don’t have to pay for a cup of ice water. I think it’s very sad that corporate just cares about the money. 50 cents isn’t worth it for the smallest size of tap water. I came in 2 days ago and didn’t have to pay. It’s messed up that management can pick and choose when they give free water or charge. It needs to be consistent!! Water is water you shouldn’t be charging for the smallest size. If it’s a bigger come that’s fine. It’s also one thing if that’s all the customer came in for. But I had a 10 dollar order. Just sad. Corporate you need to do something about this"

"Every single employee is rude, completely astonished. My order was wrong, no big deal. But when I asked for it to be corrected, the mean responses from all three was bizarre. Then I was told to wait at the white line. They forgot I was there. I went back inside and told them nicely, they then were annoyed with me. Also, not the first time we’ve had rude treatment. This is the worst Dunkin. All done with this location."

"Order taker was very nice, but the girl working the grill was rude and arguementive with customers and with her coworkers there. I won't be returning to this Dunkin, I'll drive to another."

"I stopped here to get a drink with my mom. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru to let them know I arrived. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to respond and figured they were slammed inside since there was a car in front of me. I drove around to the front of the building to just pickup inside. The doors were locked. It was the middle of the day. I looked in the window and saw 2 men behind the counter. No customers. Since I had already paid for the drinks on my app, I drove back around to the speaker in the drive thru. Still no answer. I pulled forward to the window and the guy finally opened it up and asked if he could help me. I told him I had a Togo order. It took another few minutes until he handed it to me. Windows are tinted so it's hard to see inside. I didn't even drink my drink because I had no idea what could have been done to it, what these 2 were up to, especially since the front doors were locked. SHADY. Will not be back."

"I only come here cause my wife likes their coffee. Sometimes the drive thru lane is stupid long so I go inside, only problem is what I order. Apparently since I make I so simple you can’t mess up they have just lost my order completely. Pretty funny"
