"They had cute Valentines donuts"

"When we ordered they were out of croissants and they were out of sour dough. While ordering the person at the counter made zero eye contact and spoke in a bored tone with absolutely zero smiles or greeting. After waiting for our order of everything bagel bites, the person reaches to hand me my bag of food and says “we were out of everything bagel bites, so I made regular ones for you. Is that ok?” I hesitated and she says if you want to wait, I can make some for you by rolling them in the everything seasoning, but we had already waited and my son (with whom we were on a special date with) was almost done eating already. No apology, no anything. Either take it or leave it. Also, bathrooms were incredibly dirty. Mirror was so dirty you couldn’t see it, and the sink was disgustingly dirty. And according to my husband the men’s was just as bad. All with a sign on the outside that says “under new management.” We will not be visiting this location again."

"First, $16.03 for two medium shakes!!! Second, even though i asked, did not provide receipt, Third, always make me pull up to the front and wait for my order. Lastly, the quality is worst. Egg’s stink most of the time. Never going there again."

"I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that."
