"By far the worst Taco Bell in the Sarasota area. They’ve messed up my order numerous times including forgetting items that I paid for, giving me incorrect items or adding or removing things that I didn’t ask for. This happened as recently as this evening where they just forgot half my order. Good thing I checked the bags this time before leaving!"

"My favorite thing ever, a Spicy Tostada hasn’t been on the menu for a long time now and I miss it. For me it’s the perfect light vegetarian lunch. I have asked a couple times before if they could make one here and at another location previously and was told no. I know they have all the ingredients needed so it was disappointing. So I stopped asking. Today just for the heck of it I asked if they could make one for me. The man said he didn’t know what went on it, it’s been off the menu for so long. So I told him. He said Well, I think we can make one up for you. This employee made my whole day. The Spicy Tostada was absolutely delicious. A big thank you!"

"I am a manager, and if any of my employees were to ever talk to somebody like that over the intercom interrupting somebody that was taking my order in the first place. To be rude. I just left and I will never be back. If the managers there are wearing a headset, Like I do to make sure my employees are being nice to customers To make sure the customers come back. So your business makes profit. So you can get a bonus, you may want to fix that."

"GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! 5557 FRUITVILLE RD EXCEPTIONAL FOOD & SERVICE!!! And whatever you do AVOID LOCATION 5811 BEE RIDGE (FOOD & SERVICE SUUUUUUCKED) EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! BUT WHEN I ARRIVED JUST MINUTES LATER AT 5557 FRUITVILLE RD the drive thru employee was SUPER POLITE AND FRIENDLY (NEW GUY DARK HAIR AND ARLETHEA MANAGER) BOTH WONDERFUL AND SUPER FAST SERVICE!! Even asked if I was having a good day!! Gave tons extra taco sauce FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH!! YAY NOT SOGGY NACHO FRIES like the horrible BEE RIDGE LOCATION... LITERALLY NIGHT AND DAY SERVICE.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! EXCELLENT FOOD & SERVICE THANK YOU!!!"

"Litterly the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The staff is beyond rude. I've been there as both a customer and a door dasher and without fail they have been rude. I sent an email with pics to corporate months ago and never got a reply. Beyond the staff being rude, the items seem to be filled half as much as any other taco bell I've been to. Hasn't been just on 1 occasion but on several. On several occasions I've ordered chalupas and they were about 1/3 full compared to any other taco bell. This place should be avoided."
