"The employee taking the order never smiled or exhibited any friendliness. The expediter was gruff and abrupt when asked for a different chicken nugget sauce. He said, "I already put 4 in the bag." We explained that it was 2 orders for 2 different people, and he snatched 2 of the sauces from the bag and threw 2 different ones in. We'll go back to Chik FIL A or Slim Chickens instead."

"Fast food is already way more expensive than it should be. So come here if you wanna pay for food that you won't get (twice now), to get bad attitudes, and say yes to ketchup for them to close the window and not open it back up even though we are waiting there watching them as they watch us. Not going back to this location, and I'm sure they'll read this and be like "good" because they obviously don't wanna serve anyone. They don't get paid enough as employees, and we pay way more than we should as customers. Lose lose for everyone."

"We used the drive thru and I can still say the staff had an amazingly high level of dissatisfaction for being there. From the moment the guy came over the speaker you could tell they didn't want your business. And after receiving my food I honestly wish I would have followed my gut. I got a melt that was not good and my wife got a whopper that was ok at best. I won't be going back."

"Okay, yes, this is a burger king, but trust me, this was the best experience I have ever had at any burger king and not to brag, but I have been to quite a few in my lifetime. This one is more than just a good one. The food was incredibly fresh and hot and the chicken was so crispy and wonderful, but as perfect as it was, that wasn't even the best part, it was the staff. Great customer service doesn't describe how well they took care of us and I hope they get the recognition for going above and beyond and being absolutely stellar with us!"

"If I can give a 0 star I would. This is probably a customers worst nightmare that can happen to anyone in a restaurant setting. When you travel for work sometimes these are the only options you have. I was so hungry by this time of day when I went to BK and when I ordered my food there was a BIG piece of PLASTIC in my burger!!!!! How can you have missed this, adding each ingredient to make a burger and to completely miss this?! This doesn't just happen on accident. I have never been so disgusted and upset. I would not trust this place if I were you, you've been WARNED! I did not receive anything in compensation other than an apology and a refund. Regardless, I would never go back."
