McDonald's 3901 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, FL 34233

"2/17/2024 at 1:45-ish pm. I walked in to pick up my family that was sat inside dining. Immediately heard a rude lady barking orders at the employees. She was leaning on a small wall that separated the register from the dining area, facing towards the drive thru window. Her exact words were "Come on! What are you waiting for? There are people parked..." I went to use the restroom, could hear her the whole time in there still going on and on... came out and she was still running her mouth at these employees. I asked my husband if she had been speaking to them like this the whole time he had been here with my kids. He replied, "yes." Who is she? Is she someone in charge? That is no leader, if so... I wanted so badly to confront her and ask why she is barking orders in such a condescending manner at the other employees, but I didn't want to make a scene with other patrons in the building. How embarrassing for the workers?!?! How can she treat them like that? This needs to be looked into by someone higher up."

"I had a pleasant take-out breakfast experience this morning, and my mobile order came out promptly and fresh. Kim was very helpful, and offered me a drink carrier since I had a lot to carry out to the car. The service this morning was excellent. Thank you Kim + the rest of the morning team!"

"WOW. I never, I mean never, eat at McDonalds. Death box. Sadly it was late and I was really hungry and decided to hit the drive thru to grab a salad. "I'm sorry. We stopped selling salads a while back." Not the time of day. They just don't have them. Not on the menu. So there you have it. Pretty much says it all."

"Going through the drive-thru I had an online order. Our usual order does require us to wait at one of the parking spots. When the gentleman brought our food out instead of just handing it to us he asked us to make sure that we had everything. Just that little extra was worth going back. We definitely recommend. The lady in the drive-thru was an absolute sweetheart."

"It's hard to rate this location as I either have a great experience or a horrible one. Seems to depend on management and/or whoever is working at the time. There have been times I received cold/uncooked items or everything has been on-point and prepared properly. The point of fast food is a consistent product as well as experience. I through the drive-thru today and forgot to ask for the new sauces with my meal so I asked the gentleman at the window if I could have them and he told me that they're "only included with the nuggets". When offering to pay for them, he said I could only do that at the previous window. I know it was just laziness.."
