"They have a cheap good tasting Sausage & Gravy Biscuit. The bacon, cheese and egg croissant is not the typical shaped bread. It is on a square bun and it tastes good. It also comes in Sausage. All the aforementioned samdwiches are tasty. The croissants are about $6."

"This place being open is an absolute head scratcher! Don’t blame the owner, but rather the county for letting them be open. Thankfully Sarasota Memorial is across the road. You will need to go there after just looking at the food here. What is the world coming too? Lord help us"

"I walked in and 3 of the employees were laughing and talking to each other. Each of them looked my way and continued their 3 minute conversation. They attended to me when they were finished talking. There was a male and female employee touching each other inappropriately and they didn’t seem to care how loud they were being while laughing and play-fighting. When I got my burger, it had a hair in it. The employees were blasting music from their phones at what sounded to be max volume while leaning on the counter. The service was so terrible I decided that mentioning the hair would likely not do much to change the attitude of the workers or change the bad experience I was having. I decided to toss the burger in the trash and go to the Chipotle a few doors down. This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to."

"Sign and exterior lights were off at night, so I thought it was closed. They didn’t seem to care when I told them. I then received an incorrect order and the bun was hard… Normally love Wendy’s, but not this one."

"I went today and ordered the same as usual (in Miami). One of the items was Caesar salad with crispy chicken. I always check my orders and realized that the chicken was super small. When I asked the guy at the window told me that "ohhh we run out of the regular one" so I asked him if he can add at least another one. Ok whatever, not the same but "lest just sneak this. She won't realize until is too late" I arrived to my hotel and what I got was the most old and disgusting salad ever. I mean, is ridiculous that instead of telling me that the salad is not fresh and let me decide, 5 minutes later I got this. Wendy's, you can do better or at least have people that cares a little more. And before you say something, no I drove right back to my hotel. I do have the receipt with the time and my pictures have a way to show the time. Waste of money. Horrible service"
