"Went there today. Ordered eggs, bacon, two biscuits w jelly, hash browns and ice coffee. Everyone around me had something wrong with their order. After 30 minutes of waiting around one staff member came to me to tell me that they are out of biscuits and they will give me bacon. After he brought my plate I had two eggs 4 pieces of bacon. They were also out of potatoes and said the extra bacon was to replace the missing biscuit and hash browns. I SPENT $20 on two eggs and four pieces of bacon and a small iced coffee. They manager never once apologized, said anything to me, nor offer a refund. Waste of time and money. Absolutely should be shut down. Next time (IF U EVEN HAVE THE CHANCE) ask the customer if they want a refund or something different on the menu."

"My family and I attended the soft opening of Maple Street Biscuit Company this evening. This restaurant specializes in breakfast/ brunch and it also has a lunch menu, as well as some meatless options. The food is amazing, the service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and appeared to be happy to be working there. Back to the food. Homemade biscuits, and sausage gravy. Yes! Homemade. I had the loaded fries, Oh my God, so good. It’s crispy french fries covered with a generous amount of homemade sausage gravy, cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions. Lovely. If you like fried green tomatoes, I recommend them as a starter. They are absolutely delicious, as they too were homemade with a crispy batter and a bit of a Cajun kick. Loved them. My sister in law had the Bluegrass Grit Bowl and the fried chicken biscuit with cheddar cheese, bacon and homemade apple butter,(The Farmer) she’s in love. My mom ordered the Five and Dime(fried chicken breast sandwich with bacon, cheddar cheese, egg, and sausage gravy, she really enjoyed it. We were given a complementary cinnamon glazed biscuit to enjoy. Their are many other breakfast and lunch options and every item is served with a homemade biscuit. This restaurant gives you that down home southern family feel, it’s seasonably priced and has good sized portions. The official opening is Thursday, December 14th. I highly recommend this restaurant."
