"I gave the service this number because I had to keep looking for my order. My name was never called. My French Bistro onion soup was good need more cheese. I had chicken almond sandwich with mango smoothie which was alright."

"I ordered a fuji apple salad to go. We (flight crew) had a quick turn at the executive airport. We had to eat and board. I opened my salad, and I had a whole apple. I had to cut my own apple. I've never had to finish preparing my own salad at a restaurant. I also felt rushed to make my order. The host/cashier seemed annoyed that I was asking about the salads. (Sarasota Florida)"

"Easily the worst Panera I’ve ever been. The second you walk in the door everyone ignores you. When asking a question in reference to menu item, the hasty response was “what.” After placing an order, waiting over 20 minutes to have it then sat on a counter with no inference that the order is ready. After finally receiving the order, to my great surprise, not only the wrong items I ordered, but a comical attempt at making an edible meal. Complete joke."

"Holly and Joanna was great. Our order lacked some items. Went back to pickup items but chicken was missing on our pizza. The guy in the kitchen may need to pay a bit more attention. Any other time it has been fine. Thanks"

"*Update: I placed another order from this location, the order window had to be pushed back 10 minutes for some reason (app said it was due to the size of my order....for one large drink). The app gave me a different message this time and instructed me to walk in, grab a cup and take it to the fill stations to fill my drink, this is an improvement over my previous experience. Ordered a drink to go via mobile, app said the order was ready midway through the ten minute window,. I stood next to the pickup rack the entire time and the drink was never made, I waited until 2 minutes past the window to go to the counter and inquire, the young lady behind the counter asked me my name, then asked what I ordered, when I told her that it was a large drink she handed me a cup to take and fill at the drink station. Not going to kill me to fill my own cup for sure! But I ordered the drink to go so I could swing in and grab it after grabbing Chinese from next door. I will try this again tomorrow to see if it was a fluke or an issue and change my rating accordingly. 2 stars until I revisit- Panera, you can do better, you guys are the ‘to go’ people!"
