"Our late evening drive thru experience started out great, but then, after the first bite of our cheeseburgers, it instantly went horrible.. after each of us repeated our order, how hard is it to have even WARM burgers? Let alone one cheeseburger was ketchup, mustard extra pickle, and the other was lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard. We BOTH got a cheeseburger as loaded, even mayo.. yuck! Our buns we were warmer than the meat patty...????. The drive-thru, English speaking worker was friendly and nice. So this dining experience was a complete bust."
