"The service was great, and the food wasn’t bad, from what I ate anyways. However, there was a sliver of metal in the food, shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos. This could have been pretty bad to ingest and I’m very happy I found it before that happened. I know these things happen but again, this could have led to a doctor or hospital visit."

"Customer service needs a lot of work. First time visit and we placed an order via phone. We called back 5 minutes later to make an easy adjustment to the meal. When we walked in an older asian lady demanded that we pay for the meal and that no adjustments would be made. So I ended up having to pay for another version of that meal with the adjustment. Food was okay, I asked for the food to be spicy and they didn't make it spicy."

"This place is dirty. The beef & string beans was so bad I couldn’t eat the meat. I ate the beans and rice. I doubted whether the beef was even beef it was soft and sort of mushy Absolutely disgusting food!! I can’t believe I spent almost $40 including a tip for pick up food and I couldn't eat it. Never again! Go to Rice Box! They are closed until 10/16 or I would have ordered from there. They are also very nice and thankful for their customers. This place could have cared less about me."

"Ok this is coming from a New York transplant so take it as you will. This is pretty standard takeout joint. Nothing fancy and nothing to separate from the crowd. That being said if you are looking for a go-to Chinese food takeout joint this is a good one. The restaurant is clean, the prices are reasonable, the food is good, and the service is quick. I eat from here often and I highly recommend it as your good old reliable take out restaurant. This is the menu you keep in the drawer whenever you feel like to hell with it, I don't feel like cooking, let's order Chinese."

"Food was hot and ready when I walked in the front door, right on time! The donuts tasted a little burned but it could have been the oil. The general tso I ordered was not spicy just like I wanted! The place looked like just about every other Chinese take out, The lady behind the counter was kind over the phone but a little abrasive in person but I think they were getting closer to closing time so maybe she had a rough day! I will be back, good portions for the money and quick service."
