Culver’s

"For few years I have been visiting occasionally to this establishment and the service it was always satisfactory. But yesterday, I went with some friends and I regretted it a thousand times. I received the worst service that can be provided to a client. The cashier was kind in taking my order but the manager who was prepare (inside the kitchen) was yelling at me. Because, I asked for some fries that had not been delivered to me. She did not had the slightest respect, she told the cashier that I have to pay for it. She did not even want to see the receipt, which showed that they had not been delivered to me. It was approximately 9:45pm, the restaurant was empty. And also, the presentation of the food was pitiful (not even in third world countries). The fish sandwiches had the leftovers from the last bread they had left and almost nothing inside. I did not complain to her for it , but I had feel shame in front of my friends. At the end, and after insisting that she see the receipt, she gave me the fries. My conclusion is: that this manager seems to have no academic preparation to deal with clients. She made the cashier sad by making her look bad, when she was not responsible and had taken the order correctly. It is the first time that I have been forced to write a review of an establishment. But the shame was so great, especially for me, as I am an older person. I say, with all honesty, that I mark one star because there is nothing minor that can describe the treatment I received yesterday, December 29, 2023 at Culver's."

"Food is usually very fresh. Its fast food, but a lot better than other chains that are everywhere. Burgers are good. Chicken strips are good. Kids love their French fries. Atmosphere is very welcoming and cozy. Plenty of parking and seats inside. Bring your family here if you want a calm environment with good food(for fast food that is)"

"I've been to quite a few Culver's and never had an issue with my order. I do understand that things happen. However I made it very clear on my order and had it repeated back to me. I asked for 3 Malts. Two salted Caramel and one chocolate peanut butter. My order was completely screwed. And then when the guy tried to correct it I still got the wrong drinks. When people spend their hard earned money we expect good service. At least get the order correct. I wax very disappointed in this location and won't be visiting this one again. I posted two of the shakes tht both were suppose to be salted Caramel. One was vanilla with a Caramel splash on top and I have no idea what the second one was. I'm guessing just plain peanut butter"

"I'm gluten intolerant, I ordered at the counter, and they give you a number, then they take the food to your table. The food arrived incomplete, only half, I had to get back up 3 times to the counter to get tartar sauce, ketchup, and napkins, because the service station was empty. The gluten free bread was wet, and disintegrate while I was eating. Good concept, but absolute disorder."
