"The service is good, the ambiance is fine but all the food tastes like frozen tv dinners. The pizza has no crust. Tastes like a frozen pizza from the frozen food aisle. We have never, honestly, had worse food. We thought we would give it a second try once we heard new management and it was STILL the worse food. Our friends veal chop looked like it had a fake bone. It was a 350 dollar dinner and we almost didn’t want to pay. THAT BAD. Don’t waste your money! Pricy too! We thought we had entered the twilight zone when we saw people eating in there."

"We went to Portifinos tonight and had a great time. Our server Deyanira was phenomenal . She was a great waitress she was kind and attentive! Deyanira is an asset to Portifinos ! We had the specials and both my husband and I had awesome food. Our drinks were pretty tasty. Everything tonight was pretty good everyone worked together we had our food in a timely manner and they cleaned up right away. I’m glad we went . I will be back again."

"The food was delicious, however the parking lot was closed and I wasn't told when I made my reservation. We ended up having to park a half mile away and waiting for a shuttle. Not much fun. Hopefully you will resolve this issue quickly."
