"A local business in Polk County, just outside of Lake Wales on route 60 east towards Vero Beach. This place was recommended by Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd during one of his many morning briefings so we wanted to give this place a try. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a local diner, to support small businesses. A little building next to one of Florida's many orange groves, the food was cooked well, full of flavor, the waitresses were very attentive, the atmosphere is great if you are looking for a smaller quiet place away from the norm. We will definitely be returning thanks to Sheriff Grady Judd."

"This has been a great place for people who want their fur babies to join them. The outside seating is nice for that. They use to allow the dogs run around in the fenced area but now there are new owners but is still a great place to eat home styled food."

"IF YOU BLINK,YOU WILL MISS IT! Reminds me of the Florida that I grew up in before the population boom. Small-town family feel, and the food fits the ambiance. Not many places make better biscuits and gravy, and I have never had a better sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The grits and hashbrowns are also noteworthy."
